Olivia Isabel Rodrigo is an American singer and actress. She initially became popular through her acting on Disney television, playing a lead roles in Bizaardvark.

She eventually shifted her focus to singing, after her debut single, Drivers License, broke records and became one of the best selling songs of 2021.

Olivia started taking acting and singing classes as a child, and by the age of six, she was acting in theater productions in elementary school. Growing up, she loved music and became interested in songwriting, with Taylor Swift being one of her favourites.

She made her first on screen appearance in an Old Navy commercial, before making her acting debut in 2015. She had the lead role in a direct-to-video film, An American Girl: Grace Stirs Up Success, playing as Grace Thomas. A year later, Olivia was casted on Disney Channel show Bizaardvark.

Picking up more recognition as an actress, she was cast in the starring role on Disney+ series, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, in 2019. She even wrote the soundtrack for the show, All I want. She received many praises for her performance on the show.
